"There is...a kind of ‘resistance’ that is mentioned in literature on the Law of Attraction. This is when an individual wants something, but for some reason doesn’t allow it into their experience. This could be because they conceive of their desire as unlikely to be fulfilled, for example. They are really giving their attention to the situation of it not being possible for them , and so they are resonating with ‘not possible’ and attract circumstances that make it appear ‘not possible’. This is sometimes referred to as a ‘block’ ...
When we believe something to be difficult to achieve, then we will attract circumstances to us to support our belief. Beliefs attract what they resonate with."

"...generally, our happiness simply doesn’t depend on any one set of specific circumstances. Happiness is free; happiness is within you right now. Pursuing happiness doesn’t work. That is to project into the imagined future and on some level saying that happiness isn’t present as of yet.
Happiness is felt by just being happy. Because pursuing happiness is a state of wanting it, and looking for it. That’s the signal you would be offering- you’re resonating with looking for happiness, and so that is your experience. Happiness is always in the present tense. See yourself as already being happy, and that will attract the experience of happiness."
